Case study — Restaurant

Kebabji.

A Turkish grill inside a shopping-mall food court. The food was made by hand from the first day — the brand had to earn the same respect on a phone screen.

Kebabji grill platter — beef and chicken skewers, shawarma, Adana over saffron rice with dips and pita

(01) — The brief

Great food, hidden in a mall directory listing. The hand-work was invisible until you walked up to the counter.

We built the identity around one belief the kitchen already lived by — good things take longer, that's the point. Warm charcoal, bone, and an ember accent; Fraunces for the words that matter, mono for the labels. The site is one long cinematic scroll: fire, hand, time, honesty, then the whole menu.

No online-ordering funnel to fight the mall's — one clear line to the grill: call, walk in, or tap Uber Eats and DoorDash.

(02) — The work

A scroll that smells like smoke

Fire, hand, time, honesty — four editorial proofs before a single price, so craft lands before appetite.

The whole menu, no funnel

Every dish, how it's made, spice on request — then one line to the grill: call, walk in, or delivery.
